I made the purchase, logged into 'MyAccount', and clicked the "Download" button, but I don't know where the file is.
File type.
The file you download with your purchase is an executable file named "Setup1220.exe" that weighs 25 to 30 MB and is relatively small.
Downloads.By default, files are downloaded to a folder called "Downloads," which you can access from your browser. Look for it there.
Or search for it with your browser.
Quarantine.
If it's not in any folder, your antivirus may have quarantined it, meaning it was disabled. In this case, you'll need to access your antivirus and authorize its activation.
