The antivirus sent the *.exe to quarantine

Both the installer (setup.exe) and the program (intecplan.exe) are *.exe executable files. Some antivirus programs send new .exe's files to quarantine by default, so you must remove them from there and, if necessary, tell the antivirus to add them to the list of authorized files.
