How do I know if a message is from you?

1. They come from the domains intecplan.com.mx or intecplan.software.

2. We never send attachments, such as PDFs, that you did not explicitly request or that you do not expect, like quotes or invoices.

3. If you requested a document from us, such as quotes or invoices, in the body of the text, before you open attachments, we specify what the document is with clear references to your purchase or request (such as that it is for an Intecplan license, your name, your previous messages, or PayPal reference), not with generic text like "Dear customer, attached is the requested document."

4. If you have doubts about whether an attachment is from us, write to us via the form to confirm.
