Perpetual or temporary licenses

What forms of licensing do they have

Intecplan

Last Update 6 months ago

Intecplan is offered in several 'Licencing models" like "Permanent" or "Perpetual", "Subscription", "Temporary ", and others.

Temporary licenses.

It is when your license works for a defined period of time or validity. We say "temporarily" and not "subscriptions" because you only make a single payment for the duration of the license (for example, 6 months, or 3 years), and after that time, the software stops working; you are not charged automatically for a new period. If you need more time, you can purchase another temporary license. This is because most users need the software for one or a few projects; it is not "operational software" like accounting software or similar that is used in daily operations.

Temporary licenses include updates during the validity period with some restrictions. These restrictions may include, for example, changes in the number of remaining projects or installations. This is because Intecplan uses third-party services (such as Google or Microsoft), and we cannot predict their future prices or conditions. All updates are optional.

The Online Store of the page offers temporary licenses or licenses with a defined validity.

Permanent or Perpetual

A "Permanent License" model means that you make a single payment, and your license will continue to work as long as you meet the system requirements. However, it does not include updates; you have to purchase them separately.   Perpetual licenses are only available by special quote.

Other Licensing Models

These are the most common types of licenses, but we can offer you other models, especially for universities, such as subscription, concurrent, basic, or limited licenses for remote access in student groups, time-limited or project-limited licenses, or licenses for continuing education courses, among others. If you have a specific need, please contact us.

Use is subject to acceptance of the license terms.
