Intecplan Software developed the program, but when you make your purchase it is through 2checkout (Verifone Inc), which acts as an intecplan reseller, since they offer you multiple forms of payment, and manage the VAT/Tax.
2checkout sends you the invoice and payment receipt by email during the online purchase process. More info on the 2checkout site here.
